Insurance and receipts

Korean National Health Insurance (NHIS) coverage applies only to eligible enrollees, under the same rules as for Korean patients. Many treatments, such as orthodontics, veneers and whitening, are not covered by NHIS.

If you plan to claim from travel or private insurance in your home country, the clinic can issue receipts and treatment records on request — please ask staff, ideally before or at your visit, about which documents you need. Whether a treatment is reimbursed depends on your insurer’s policy.

How to book

  1. Phone — implants and general care: +82-2-508-2875 ; orthodontics: +82-2-508-2873 .
  2. KakaoTalk — send a message via the clinic’s KakaoTalk channel .
  3. On the day — bring your passport or ID, any recent dental X-rays, and a list of medications you take.

A translation app or a Korean-speaking companion may be helpful during consultation. More about the clinic: English home · Map and directions (Korean)

International patients FAQ

  • Can I use my travel or private insurance?

The clinic does not bill foreign insurers directly, but it can issue receipts and treatment records on request so you can file a claim yourself. Please ask staff which documents you need; reimbursement depends on your insurer.

  • Does Korean National Health Insurance cover me?

Only if you are an eligible NHIS enrollee, for example a foreign resident registered with the scheme. Short-term visitors are usually not covered, and treatments such as orthodontics and veneers are not covered for anyone.
